How it works

Our process to help you develop your leaders follows these four steps:

1. DISCOVER HOW WELL YOUR MANAGERS ARE CURRENTLY MANAGING THEIR TEAMS

We do this through an anonymous survey of managers and their teams (note: managers as a group, not individually identified), and through a combination of 1:1 interviews and training needs analysis.

2. FIND OUT WHERE THE GAPS ARE

The subsequent report and debrief we provide, will analyse the current success that managers are having in managing their teams, and recommend options to up-skill managers to become leaders at engaging and driving their teams to success.

Solutions are likely to include options ranging from management training, coaching/mentoring and communications advice.

3. DEVELOP  YOUR ACTION PLAN

You decide what your priorities are, which in turn will guide which solutions you implement and when.

If your needs are outside our scope of services, then we have a network of trusted providers we can refer you to.

4. ONGOING IMPLEMENTATION

We will arrange regular check-ins with you to make sure you are keeping on track.

Because even the best strategies can fail without implementation. Options for this step are discussions with key stakeholders, coaching of managers,  team conversations or any combination of all three.
